Know exactly what's going on, with regard to energy, water, waste, air quality, etc everywhere in the dorm.

- Energy use panels (ones that glow different colors to indicate high or low usage
- Water use panels (in showers, by the sinks) that indicate how much water is being used
- Air and water quality indicators

- Individual bills for room energy use
- Base bill with rebates for those who use less?
- Real time buying/selling from grid
- RFID recycling
- Device that meters shower time – personal or publish data, water, energy
- How much PVs produce – user tiltable (what is this?) to interact with them
- Average house/all rooms energy use – info available from the room to put own usage it in context
- Building materials datasheets
- Food origin – signage by colors to show distance
- Lumen monitor in room to measure light levels – define personal preferences that can be programmed into a light switch - Dimmable lights
- Blue tooth interface with rooms
- Spaced out light switch location – no generic 6 switch panels
- Warning light about power still on when leaving room
- Computer cluster indicator of full building functions
- Workout room w/ energy generating stuff
- Goal setting for personal electric use
