• Hold hands-on workshops: make your own biodiesel, how to garden, organic beer brewing
• Maximize student interactions with everything in the dorm-Empower them!
• Organic Beer and Wine Making
• Solar Gourmet Cooking Contest
• Organizing room blocks by interest (a set of connected rooms for environmental economics, a set for people with water interests, etc.) then tailor features in those rooms to the interest.

• Let people move in early
• Have dorm programming at the beginning, to build community each year
• Explain that GIL will be big on residential education
• The house should be welcoming for people who just don't care.

• Can we have freshmen in the dorm?
  • This requires additional staff, may be good for upper class men but not freshmen.
• In Ujama and Casa students get priority residence, and must participate in activities
• How to we prevent it from becoming Columbae? The house is a self op, not a co op
• Should the house have an RF?
